There are almost 19 million more shares out there which I’m sure had something to do with the special meeting several months back



What are you referring to?

On 10/28 the OTC Mkts showed that the "Unrestricted was 70,091,138 and the Float was listed as the same.

On 3/11/21 (and currently showing) is that the "Unrestricted" and "Float" numbers are 70,091,138 - so I'm trying to figure out which calculator shows that as 19 mil more shares?
