One of the bad aspects of it though, is that there's nothing ever stating who would be "entitled" to it. I guess it's implied, that if one held to beyond the RS-spin off claim, one would receive it.
But with no talk of an EX or record date, you probably would have to battle the company.....
Think of people who bailed on RS day, at 20 something cents........
