I dont think we see $1.00 until the case gets some sort of ruling, whether its just the clarification that its from dec 2020-into the past... and nothing moving forward will be subject to litigation, or that once xrp hits markets its no longer an investment contract.... either way until that clarity is reached, and maybe even Jebs taco stand runs out, I don think we'll hit 1.00

they both seem to be meeting somewhere in mid may, which would make sense as far as timelines.
