Well Said Mikester, Reminds Us about Warren Buffet when He Explains
How He Doesn't look at it as "Buying Stocks" but rather "Buying a Business", and When You Buy, You Should Get a Piece of Paper and Write "I'm Buying this Business Because..." and Write Down Your Reason for Buying.

For Example,

I Bought Veltex Because:

1. Entry into Rehab Field

(Expected Cash Flows and Leadership at Veltex)

AND

2. Deferred Tax Asset

("Business Price" or "Stock Price" is Extremely Undervalued Now, Currently Selling for Much Less than Book Value, Considering that the Value of the Deferred Tax Asset of Veltex is Worth Much More than the Current Stock Price of Veltex)

Noteworthy Items Include:

1. Real Estate Owned by Veltex.

2. Buyback Program

3. Lobbyist Representing Veltex

4. Collaboration Agreement with the State of West Virginia.

5. West Virginia Litigation Against Big Pharmaceutical Companies, Marketing Firm(s), and Distributors Directly Effects Future Revenues for Veltex.
