I’m trying to figure out something.... ARCS was trading at .0023 when It got suspended... then 10 days later it opens for trading at .0004? Where did the difference between .0023 and .0004 go? To money heaven? And who still thinks this sec suspension of ARCS helped investors? The suspension did some serious damage to existing retail shareholders of ARCS shares... so again? Who did this suspension help? I clearly see the harm the suspension did
