This is how shells get cleaned up. Old notes hit the market. Old notes have also been converted into new restricted shares which in my opinion means the folks that did that think this will go somewhere.
Also this has a low share structure. 86 million Held at DTC (the number that matters) and only a $1.7 million market cap
