I can't wait for the second season. It was very well-done. Though I think Tuscany needs a do-over. It skipped over way too much, and included unnecessary stuff. For example, there was a big chunk about a sophisticated gala that wasn't really typical of what most people think when they think Italian food. Or, for that matter, what Italians expect.

AND at one restaurant he was served three different first courses. All Tucci could do was babble about the pappa al pomodoro. He didn't even MENTION the ribollita! Ribollita is magnificent!
