Sure:

"What size is your stake in SNPW (if too personal just an idea)."

Answer: Not nearly as large as it should be. Size matters, LOL. But $SNPW is my largest investment even at .05/share if that helps.

"Can you give me your top few reasons you think this company will succeed? "

Sure:

1) I have been in this(these) field(s) for 40 years. Clean Tech, clean energy, Waste treatment, permits, recycling, reclamation, pollution prevention, Chemical engineering, Environmental consulting, starting companies (Ex-president of Exxon nearly took one of mine Public 20 years ago), manufacturing rebuilding/repair, US DOE grants, and patents.....For starters.

So I know what to look for in $SNPW and I like what I see.

The CEO of $SNPW invented (he is the sole inventor) and took 4 totally unique solar panel patent applications all the way to granted, issued patents status, and co-invented a patent issued for a solid oxide fuel cell assembly process in the 1980s that is assigned to the US Department of Energy, meaning it was funded by US DOE grant money over 33 years ago.

He knows how to fund, and access State income tax exempt Industrial revenue bond funding, how to hire the right companies, and to do all the permitting, for a cutting edge Medical Waste to energy plant with bridge funding from a real bank, close to 9 Million dollars, and he worked as a Gov commissioner in the environmental field (does some one have the links for that handy?) so he knows his way around the permit process.

He got an Industrialist mega millionaire, Randy Brown from ND, to buy apx 7.5% of the $SNPW shares that were reported in an SEC filing.

The CEO used his home as collateral for the $SNPW MedRecycle Bridge loan, so he is all in on this endeavor.

The MedRecycle plant will be a cash cow, with 17.5 Million dollars in state income tax exempt (already approved)revenue bonds ready and approved to issue the day MedRecycle opens and generates its first dollar of revenue. That pays off the Debt and leaves them with about 8 Million dollars of working capital.

Nick has said in Public records that one person is buying the entire 17.5 Million dollar Industrial revenue bond.

Is that person Randy Brown? Elon Musk? (LOL) Jeff Bezos? (LOL)

That is a lot of one money for one person to buy it all. And means that big money has faith in Nick and $SNPW and Medrecycle.

MedRecycle could be up and running this summer. Then he can franchise more of them and do mobile versions of them (Mobile is way easier to permit under EPA regs, No Karen-neighbors to deal with..., permitting a mobile unit is like Car Approvals with the EPA)

That does not even include what I see coming in the solar Panel operation.

Nick is a lot like me, and if I was Nick, I would already have NDA's with a team of companies to make (Nick has a patent on the Factory design and process to make his patent issued and protected solar panels) and sell complete units like solar/Li-ion Battery powered Highway lighting standards, that use LED lights and save cities and states $4,000 per Light Pole on US Highways and freeways, and they need no power from grids that even Texas could not keep working this year.

The Move to clean solar power has the right people in office in DC, the right laws and regs and funding, to fight Climate change power grid failures, black outs and California forest fires being sparked by power lines in High winds has Wallstreet embracing funding and dealing with Climate change head on. $SNPW's solar panels cost 30% less to make, and weight 30% less that today's solar panels.

$SNPW's Solar panels are being UL tested already. Likely for wind resistance to meet residential roof building codes(?) and for the Highway lighting standards (which means testing the entire Battery, battery charging via solar panel & electronics and triggering to power the LED lights at night, all the electronics, LED lights, cycling, and wind and rain testing(?)), and that takes vendors and possibly NDA JV deals with partners, who do not want retail penny stock folk Mobs descending on them for inside info... Which is why IMO we have no disclosure yet on that story expect that UL testing is and has been underway.

One curious find I made is that the UL standard for LED/solar lighting standards was just created about 9 months ago. Something I suspect the SNPW CEO was a part of pushing for. Some here posted that $SNPW was the first applicant for that category 5 weeks after the new standard was created. I find that all credible and believable. It is what I would have done.

What we do not know, is if $SNPW panels are supplied to others doing the UL Light standards tests, or If Nick has vendors working with him for his own entire light standard assembly. He has his own state of the art Bus shelters, that are solar powered with LED panel ads, and will offering cell phone charging for cell phones and can drive ads from cell phone data mining....

His tweets imply that major news is coming this year (days, weeks, months?) on the UL Certification and Solar Panels.

10-K is due in 4 days, or By April 15th for late 10-Ks, and it may be an eye opener, and may be followed with major PR news, regular updates on MedRecycle and the Solar Panels and the Durango Solar farm $SNPW is part of. I here a live shareholders meeting is coming soon, online?

This is one of the very few OTC stocks with real Billion dollar potential.

He has all the right experience, The political Connections, the money connections, and now with the political shift in Washington DC, the Rhode Island and DC connections. The now Ex-governor of RI who was just named as Biden's cabinet Secretary of Commerce, is a personal friend of the $SNPW CEO, and She worked for Bain Capital that US Senator Mitt Romney started, that built Office Max.

And I just skimmed the highlights of this story!!!!

Thanks for asking!
