So I couldn't help but to notice that neither Briskie or Ruxin mentioned the coming share structure changes that looks to eviscerate any poor retail shareholders currently holding. Looks to me like series conversation into billions of shares and then yet another massive reverse split just like last time. Anyone see anything different? What's it say about a CEO who'd try to sell his company without mentioning this to retail investors?
