I'm here because I own shares in Bioamber Inc. I post what I find because I'm a shareholder. If I owned no shares in Bioamber and beat a "dead" Company constantly asserting that the shares of Bioamber are worthless; despite the fact that no Court in either the US or Canada has addressed them as such; I would be interested in why there is such a push to assert this claim of worthlessness. Why is this taking so long? Not sure. But it's hard to imagine any movement with Bioamber Inc until the class action closed and Bioamber Inc was a released party. I think it may be time for shareholders who are tired of this; to decide what the next appropriate course of action to adopt is. I can wait. But I understand if some can't. Even Rickie described it as the "ultimate sale of the company".
