Voted “For” both new directors. Current management has had 6 years to get this company back in good standing, time to kick their broke asses to the curb and move forward. I’d imagine they’ll have a problem proving the bullshit they tried to pull today is legitimate either considering we’re past the statute of limitations for debt in Nevada and they haven’t filed in 6 years. Hopefully new management will get us current at least so we can stay quoted at year end greys would suck
