"This is in fact Mike Lattuca, former President of Genesis Electronics, Inc. I was frankly a bit emotional yesterday as I left the St. Augustine Florida courthouse knowing that 7 years was finally over. Ray and Ed tried to shut me down for years but we prevailed!

Ed Dillon was impeached on the stand in a most embarrassing way Wednesday the 31st of August as was Ray yesterday after reading his bio and his plea to help small cap companies with their finance needs, to allow them to experience the American Dream lol... The whole Gold Mine thingy didn't go over very well either as the icing to the case!!

Listening to Ray plead with the 7 person Jury that his Son is a special needs child and that he is going through a divorce because of Genesis was just an additional disgusting attempt to mislead people. His own attorney, in his closing statements said Ray's "Special Needs Son" had Asthma just shows he'll even use his child as an excuse, pathetic.

I am offering my testimony to any investor wanting to commence a class action lawsuit against Ray and Ed. The fraud that is now in record is the exact tool needed to crush these parasites. If Ray were to appeal, he would have to cough up 125% of the judgement and put in escrow with the court which would make collecting easy since he already lost 1 appeal this past January.

It is also anticipated that the order for Attorney's fees will be added per Judge Howard Maltz yesterday at the conclusion of the 2 day trial. Estimated minimum of $100,000 for ole Ray on top of the $240,000.. He F'd with the wrong Marine folks!
