Don't forget a VERY important fact, the CEO retired $12,000,000 of debt that he loaned the company for shares at $0.05, and then gave shareholders the option to buy an additional share for each share they had at the price of $0.05.

If you're the CEO and have funded the company with over $20,000,000 of your own money, would you trade in $12,000,000 for shares at .05 if you didn't think it would be worth massively more in the future? Keep in mind, in order to sell those shares you would have to find investors, there is no way you could sell 240m shares into the market to recoup your investment unless there was tens of millions in volume daily at a much higher price and it would still take years and years with SEC rules.
