I agree the bridge loan is almost 100% chance of taking place. This will give AOI huge financial flexibility to persue other producing assets and/or do buybacks payout dividends to us retail shareholders.

One question for folks here is - Does Prime's corporate loan of 1.3B. When exactly is that loan-Reserve Base Lending "RBL" need to be paid off by?

2020 was very impressive in that Prime paid off 522M of the RBL + paid out its investors 400M!(200M net to AOI)

With OPEC quotas + hedging 10% lower thus far for 2021 - we potentially will see lower dividends to AOI - really depends on how much the banks want the RBL paid down too.

Any thoughts on the RBL are appreciated.

Did some digging and the RBL seems to always be a revolving door for oil companies in that it helps their liquidity while they wait on oil liftings to payout.

So now my question is how much RBL balance is acceptable for company like Prime? If Prime pays down another 500M+ in 2021 - will the banks ease up on requiring large principle payments? Or is Prime voluntary paying off its debt as quickly as it can just to save on interest?

This is great news!

btw -KSH 121 billion is approx 1.1B USD. I think this is much lower than the initial cost of pipeline as well.
