Every investor should care about dilution...unless you are a one or two tick player.

We dont know if the Tulameen project is viable. Many miners have gone BK on property with indications of this or that.

This CEO has run up 4 billion shares with nothing to show for it for shareholders. He has gotten paid big of course. Hell he will have to sell tons more shares if he ever starts operations which he has blabbed about for years and done zip.
