My recollection is that the remaining hedges run off during the first half 2021.

In my view, there is a 100% chance of refinance with lower rates and longer terms, This may or may not require placing new hedges for some or all production. That's a lenders decision, and at this level it makes sense the management, independently, would want to start rolling into hedge positions,
