You can call it what you want I guess... but the details show that PCT's claims were addressed. The original case details several areas of infringement and deceptive practices by the defendant. They have been corrected. We do not know if any financial compensation was involved, but we can clearly see that PCT was awarded the patent that was disputed, and all illicit mentions of Annihilyzer by the defendant have been corrected, and PCT's intellectual property has been clarified and protected.

So when PCT says it was a "worthwhile endeavor" and that they are "pleased with the ultimate result" we can surmise that they are happy with what was accomplished, and we can also see with our own eyes that many claims were addressed. While I suppose it is not technically a "win" in the literal sense, since it was a mutually agreed upon settlement, it is easy to see how shareholders might consider it a "win" in a practical sense, as many of the defined claims were addressed.
