You should maybe consider selling options instead of buying them. About 80% or 90% of bought options expire worthless and the people making money on them are the sellers.

If you think share price will rise, you sell puts, etc. But seriously, if you're asking question as basic as these, you should not invest in options until you have a better working knowledge. There are a million books about them and, regardless, you probably shouldn't be seeking investing advice from a bulletin board..
