CZNI traded down 32% for the week and traded as low as down 46%. When that caution sign appears this will drop much lower. Pretending a company is current on their financials doesn't make it so,
Financials have not seen brought up to date since the period ending 9/30/2020. That is going on 6 months ago.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
