MAXD - Lawsuit on Google hearing soon

So MAXD has a pending lawsuit on google since 2016, google had offered a settlement which was turned down by MAXD, subsequently google has requested numerous extensions and the courts of have issued a final hearing in April 2021. This was found on a few posting online, MAXD has shot up > 140% today so far on 2/12/21 @ 1pm, please do your own DD, in my opinion MAXD is worth a look.
