Why TWNE has been trading like a "DEAD" stock since it hit 0.15? Will it crash down to 52-week-low 0.0040 again or test 52-week-high 0.15 first?

Why those 0.15 ~ 0.02 buyers had already stopped to push TWNE up to 0.2 ~ 0.3 or higher price levels?

I wish TWNE could hold up strong New bottom support at 0.01 (previous strong resistance before breaking-out to 0.15), instead of 0.00xx!
