More low volume dumpster diving... as long as the MMs keep getting cheap shares they will keep it low that is what they are paid to do !!! MSPC going current for a reason not saying until they are current. They do own aprox million shares of IQST and the option to buy two million more when IQST hit two Bucks !!! Pennies please !
