Hi drbio - I've been silent, but have been here since Dew extended the invitation.

I just wanted to comment on Melatonin. I have a sleep disorder that goes along w/FMS, which I suffer from. I took myself off of a drug that the doc had put me on, because after taking it for a few months, I realized that if I needed to react to an emergency during the night, I would be in Bad shape. I put myself on a small amount of Melatonin, and it does the same/better job! In my research through the years, I found that it can offer protection from radiation, and might help with cancer also. Ofcourse, it's very good for jet lag also. I hope that someone will be doing studies concerning the radiation and cancer protection, and treatment. wl
