Ceo has got to step up Pr game.....the Reg a offer shares are priced at .10/ share right now....but only can be sold in NY and CO last I knew....offer buyers/flippers aren’t liking the closing price here right now....if stock doesn’t rise, rest of offer won’t get bought unless he sells to only long term investors ....no profit at these prices for the offer flippers
