“clerical error” if I recall correctly wddd attorneys down played the error as a house keeping task that could be cleaned up w/o making it a special issue taking unnecessary time and attention when correcting could be merged into other actions that are unrelated.
As to the 45% fee .... for who we have & of course the win receiving an infringement letter from them will encourage other infringement actors to quickly comply with our licensing terms. Legal personal in IP know who are our lawyers
