I check in every couple of days to see where the 10-K is at for VRUS and they said they are working to complete it, so hopefully soon.
The M&A they talked about is contingent on getting the 10-K done, so that gets back to front and center once the 10-K is finally filed.
They said they will put out some kind of corporate update once they are current again.
