Are you sure about that? It looks like cbli rose from the $2 to $3 dollar range to as high as $17 and currently $6 because of the merger announcement. Nothing changed about cbli other than cyto being added. In other words, the value of cyto has already been priced in. So it is possible the current market cap of about $90 million is how the market values the merger. So when an additional 26 million shares are issued to cyto shareholders after the merger is finalized, you would then have about 40 million shares outstanding instead of the current 15 million. Divide $90 million market cap by 40 million shares and the price will be around $2. imun would be about $.014

I can only go on what the market is saying right now. Since cyto is private I don't know how much cash they bring to the table or how much they burn each year. I also don't know how much more cash (dilution) will be needed to bring anything in the pipeline up to commercialization. Anyone know what those numbers for cyto are?
