Here is the good and bad from todays events..

We experienced the # 3 highest volume day in history.
More than triple any other day in past 12 months.

With a stock like this.. having several zero volume days and 1 update in past 6 months.. a totally dead stock should have absolutely exploded on these volumes..

We now know the wall this morning was more than likely due to the S-1 registration.


It does not appear the company put a set number of shares, a time for sale, or price per share on the S-1 file.

It seems they are seeking to raise up to $10 million.

This type of registration makes companies work harder to achieve higher share price and attract new investors.
