I agree with you, the CEO may be good in science but not in finance, so we as shareholders in this company should demand from him to make changes and not continue to dilute the stock, which hurts us all. It is time for this CEO to start making changes and more agreements More companies in the field, otherwise this whole business will burn.

So start moving yourself and start sending him emails otherwise nothing will move
