Current Status & Next Steps... as I understand them.

I just checked the Clark County Courts (CCC) website again for the EGOC case (A-20-816257-B) and see the last order was the "Order Requiring Written Proofs of Claim" which was entered on Feb 1, 2021.

Based on my understanding, this allows DL and his team to publish a summons for all claimants, if there even are any, to raise their claims against the company within a set period of time (often 30 days).

The next filing at CCC would be the "Affidavit of Publication of Summons", which has not yet been filed with the court. One can assume that they have probably already published the summons, but I don't yet see proof of that. Anyone know if that has happened? How can we check that other than Google search?

Assuming no claimants raise a claim, we'd then likely get a "Motion to Resolve Asserted Claims and Bar Unasserted Claims" followed by the courts presumed granting of said motion. If claimants do raise claims, then DL and team will need to either work that out with each claimant or hold tight and let the judge bar such claims, if DL believes they are invalid.

After the claims process concludes, either with or without claimants, then the "Motion to Terminate Custodianship" can be filed and granted... then we're off to the races looking for the Reverse Merger news and to see who will settle into the shell as their new home.

So, we've got a little ways to go still, but we've cleared some early hurdles without resistance!

With this share structure, this still looks like a golden opportunity for those of us with patience to hold long and let the rest of the process play out, imho.

Feel free to correct any errors in the above process. I think I understand it fairly well after tracking several of these over the past many months, but I am no SME on this stuff.

My $0.002 <-- not a typo!
