I think fillings are in short order. Plus look at the chart, go back a few weeks and look at some of the large buys that occurred, some upwards of .01. The fact that it has dropped back down slightly has a lot to do with how the MM's pressure these OTC stocks. Those buys in February were hit with a purpose and or a reason, once these few sellers get shook, we saw then just how thin and how quick this ticker can move up with ease. My PT is .03 and i feel confident that we will get there. $DUTV. IMO of course.
