Ok. So a simple valuation...based on huge assumptions

Bisbee produced about 50 Billion at today's prices in minerals over 100 years. Let's discount it by 20% for 10% discount rate and 10% Risk factor rate. So now we are at 40 billion. Let's say this cost half to extract minerals...so 25 billion in Costs of extraction, mine building etc...so now we are at 15 billion. Let's say Taxes on extraction are 50% so now we are at roughly 7 Billion.

So by the evaluation above I have used the highest possible costs, highest taxes, lowest mineral prices and we are still at 7 billion.... let's now say we get only 10% of the value of the mine in a deal.... that is 700 million.

Now let's say exploratory drilling shows we have same as bisbee. That is 70 dollars per share.

Now

We may have more than Copper Queen or several Bisbee (8 square miles). Hay mountain is 45 square miles or more!

Of course NON OF THIS IS PROVEN Yet.....
But if it was, we would be at 50 dollar a share or more!

Give me any useful feedback based on actual evaluation based on real world scenarios. If course nothing is proven....yet. that's is called risk!

Above evaluation is just A HYPOTHETICAL (Unproven yet) Scenario. Hay mountain could have much less or much more!
Manage your risk!
This is IMO ONLY.
