The only thing the brief has to have is evidence that supports their reasons for filing the petition for review.
In fact, they aren’t supposed to be able to introduce any other evidence that isn’t relevant to the claims in the Petition.
I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
