Why is RedHill still under 10?

2 factors are needed:

1/Increase in earnings/revenue.
2/Positive Opaganib/Covid results.

Of course if ARK increases its RDHLs
holdings there will be a sp increase
to over $10, but i would prefer the
2 factors achieved.
