Yes. I have done extensive research on their Blu3 division as that is the fastest growing subsidiary of the business.

Probable sales:

-I estimate they did at least $500,000 in sales in Q4 from their Nemo product. This is based on cash flow analysis of Q2/Q3 as disclosed in their 10Q and based on my own analysis of channel checks on Amazon and their own Blu3 shop as outlined in this DD post:

Expenses:

-Low. They have very little overhead and no toxic financing on the books. They have only $110,000 in a convertible note on the books which has been carried forward for the last two years and is very low in OTC land

-They also had a working capital surplus of $770,000 at the end of Q3 which is excellent for OTCs. Most OTC's can't generate any surplus and need to sell toxic shares in order to get money.

-BWMG has issued shares in a private placement to their largest shareholder, Charles Hyatt. He gave them $500,000 in 2020 for shares at $0.025. These are restricted and have not been sold. Based on an analysis of filings dating back years, it doesn't look like Mr. Hyatt has ever sold a single share. Their ability to raise money from him at $0.025, a price the stock was trading at just a few weeks ago, is very impressive.

-If they need to raise more money I am very confident it will NOT be through toxic financing, but instead through shareholder friendly actions (restricted private placement, credit facility, etc.)

Sales estimates for 2021:

-This is just my opinion, but I expect them to post blow out numbers. The boating industry has been on fire due to Covid-induced trends of outdoor recreation. In addition, Nemo was already seeing encouraging sales trends pre-Covid. Those numbers accelerated in the Summer of 2020 and we have every reason to believe they'll do even better this season!

As always, do your own research but I think most people here would tell you that you just found one of the best stocks in the entire OTC market.
