Any ideas on the re-fi? I believe we are at around $150 mil at 15% interest. My best guess would be a new loan at $250 mil @ roughly 5-7%. So $12 million in interest expense saved. You plow that into an initial divy in Q4 and it will add new investors. I would also couple that with a reverse stock split. Not a huge fan of them but 10-1 with positive cash flow and a divy would also increase the available shareholder base.

Difficult to predict what the new finance will look like, other than the obvious of lower rate and longer term since we don't yet know the broader objective. If they have located a producing asset target it is possible that they wrap these two things together. I doexpect they will follow through on a dividend, and likely later this year as you suggest, but the amount will depend on this other acquisition, assuming they find one.

Personally, I would not want to see a reverse split. The stock trades in a number of overseas markets where low unit prices are more normal, and I think price volatility is more in our favor at this level. Very little interest in the industry now, especially small caps, but I think the stock should be at least $3 right now, and a repeat performance, dividend and acqusition will get us there or better without the split.
