So this is no help but I knew someone that worked for SSTY back in the day. I talked to him about the trading that is happening and he said he had no idea what is going on. His best guess is that the company might be switching over to a new entity and that they are trying to get the ball rolling. He was a higher up in the company before but hasn't had much contact with anyone from SSTY in years. That's my 2 cents :)
