Hi guys, been watching since I bought in over a month ago. I haven't seen anyone really talk about the court case. Monday there is a hearing for a motion of dismissal of the case against the ceo, affiliates, and seek. No clue what changes would happen if it was dismissed, one can only speculate. The case number is 18CA10265. Search Hillsborough County in fl Court cases and look at it yourself. Good luck.
