Utcheevis - not sure when they'll announce the merger. It's the opinion of some on the board it will be Tuesday. Also, a word of caution....nobody knows what RSUR's plans for the share structure are going forward. All that is known is mattman's share structure and the announcement that they didn't believe a reverse split would be necessary as a result of a merger. Good luck to you.
