I have owned debt in it for years as was disclosed in their last filings. I am not "throwing my brother" under the bus. The motives for re-domiciling in Florida are his not mine and the SEC did not "suspect a scheme." This is supposed to be a DD board not the speculative nefarious board. No facts just suppositions from you.
