Ice Storm Marketing is a creative full-service interactive marketing firm based in Canoga Park, California. The company prides itself on its robust expertise in marketing, advertising, promotion, branding and public relations. It remains cognizant of the ever-changing world and, therefore, the need for adaptive advertising, virtual solutions, mobile technology and marketing strategies. Combining both written and visual skills, its staff will develop well researched, creative, appealing, objective, tailor-made and customer need-responsive advertising and marketing templates including social media posts, ads, billboards, posters, banners, digital and mainstream media advertising content.

Pursuant to the Acquisition and Merger Agreement, the current officers and directors, Reggie Sanchez and Scott Sanchez, resigned from all positions after appointing Dana Belle as both the sole officer and director.

Ms. Belle states the following, “I am excited to be a part of Enzyme Environmental. We will eventually do a name change to reflect the direction that the company is heading towards. We are also closely monitoring the SEC’s rules amending rule 15c2-11 so that we can eventually be current with OTC Markets Group Inc.”
