big move here- company updating share structure - if unchanged this move is justified. question: what is the effect by registering all common through dtc? i am thinking that any shares not certified through dtc, for whatever reason, would be rejected.... the moves across the markets can’t be retail trading on the buy side. something has to trigger... my opinion and would love some knowledge.... gl
