$WNBD ***** The Stock To Own...Read Why *****
I'm sure this post won't be useful to everyone but if at least one person finds it useful I'm glad.
Therefore, I hope this post finds its way around iHub, Twitter, Stocktwits, Reddit and other stock message boards and forums all over. I've been posting about this $WNBD on iHub ever since it was trading .0001 NOT to "pump" but to bring awareness to a great opportunity.
In this post I will be trying to highlight
the reasons $WNBD may be destined to be a life changer.
Many thought and may still think this is a "trash" stock, thus the reason it's not mentioned much on iHub. Then again, it may be because I'm someone who don't have lots of followers and therefore the posts are mostly ignored. If you choose to ignore everything in this post and decide not to take advantage of what's clearly a golden opportunity, you may miss out on a life changer. Everyone knows a company, business or organization is only as good as the person running it. Well, Winning Brands has an awesome CEO leading the way. If you read his tweets and posts on his blog, you'll see he is what you expect a CEO to be.
For starters this CEO is committed to building a solid foundation for the company. He has shown how much he believes in this company and how committed he is by mortgaging his home several times. How many times have you heard of a CEO doing that? For me, not once! He's also the most transparent CEO I've ever seen in the OTC.
This CEO also truly believes in not only creating shareholder value but, also increasing it. Don't take my word for it, read his tweets and blog posts. After that, take a look at the steps he's taken thus far:
1.) No toxic debt
2.) No dilution in years
3.) No reverse split
4.) Pink Current filings coming
This CEO also wants to ensure shareholders make money. Read this:
"In conclusion, as far as our current share price is concerned, I am comfortable with it. We are not overvalued in view of the foregoing. But it is better for us all if our share price escalation occurs moderately, at a pace that permits earlier shareholders to be rewarded with a capital gain AND THE NEW SHAREHOLDERS HAVE A REASONABLE PROSPECT OF A CAPITAL GAIN AS WELL". Have you ever seen a CEO on the OTC post something like that? I haven't! This is a CEO who really cares about shareholders!
Well, enough about the CEO, lets get to the company and their main product, 1000+ Stain Remover/ Spray Cleaner This is truly an amazing product. It does just what the name says, 1000+ jobs.
With the current increasing demand for Eco-Friendly cleaning products
, I believe there's a HUGE opportunity for this company and BIG things in the works. The F.A.C.T. is $WNBD has more potential than many stocks currently trading higher. See below: For starters:
1.) CEO has stayed away from dilution
2.) CEO confirmed NO reverse split
3.) NO toxic debt
4.) Pink Current filings soon
5.) 1000+ product in Multi Billion Dollar Market
6.) Company has multiple products
7.) Product submissions made to MAJOR retailers
8.) Co-op program with Do it Best Hardware Co.
9.) Supplies 6 distribution centers for Do it Best Hardware Co.
10.) Product found in some Dulux paint stores
11.) Product found in some Benjamin Moore paint stores
12.) Supplies U.S. Navy NEXCOM
13.) Products found in other Brick & Motars
14.) Product SOLD all around the World
15.) Company is RangeMe Verified (This is a big deal)
Above I mentioned product submissions. The company has made product submissions through RangeMe. Using RangeMe allows you to promote your products to major retailers all over. Winning brands is RangeMe verified.
Being RangeMe Verified means you're ready to do business right now with MAJOR retailers.
As a result, Winning Brands was able to do a 1000+ Stain Remover product submission to AAFES which stands for, The Army & Air Force Exchange Service.
The AAFES is the retailer on U.S. Army and Air Force installations worldwide. There are over 3100 facilities Worldwide which does Billions of dollars in annual revenue. This may be big! Why may this be big?
Winning Brands is already supplying 1000+ Stain Remover to 7 U.S. military depots
overseas via NEX stores in the Pacific, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern theater of operations. What is Nex?
Nex is short for NEXCOM which stands for, The U.S. Navy Exchange Command (NEXCOM/NAVSUP). There are over 450 NEX stores which does Billions of dollars in annual revenue. On January 25th the CEO tweeted this:
Eric Lehner @ WinningCEO
$WNBD - Another Navy Purchase Order today for 1000+ Stain Remover. VERY SMALL ORDERS, but regular. Key questions - WHO is actually using 1000+? HOW is 1000+ being used? WHY 1000+ over all their other choices? Puzzle pieces for planning growth. Trying to find out... It's very possible one answer to the CEO questions is, the product is being supplied to more locations.
The increase in orders is a very good thing especially since there was a product submission to AAFES. This just might make the road easier for Winning Brands to get their 1000+ Stain Remover into all of the over 3100
locations. It may also get 1000+ into all of the over 450
NEX locations. THIS IS WHY THIS MAY BE BIG!!! Imagine an agreement with AAFES and at least one other major retailer with stores nationwide. This would give 1000+ national exposure and increase sells tremendously. This would surely catch the attention of a BIG company. My continued DD leads me to believe: CEO may be positioning 1000+ Stain Remover/ Spray Cleaner to be acquired by a BIG company. Read tweets below:
@WinningCEO Dear Eric, have you ever been approached by Procter & Gamble or other FMCG corporations for a potential partnership or acquisition?
Winning brands could benefit from scale, better distribution capabilities and additional marketing support to unlock its full potential
Eric Lehner@WinningCEOReplying to @TheHac3Hello
TH - You astutely point out that the destiny of some brands is to be acquired. P&G and other large companies don't squash aspiring upstarts like 1000+. P&G watches small brands to see successful ones emerge for possible purchase. See 1000+ beside P&G in NYC below.
Eric Lehner@WinningCEO·Feb 3
Replying to @TheHac3Pg 2 (Cont'd). However, 1000+ is a "micro-brand", rather than even a "small brand". In terms of scale, we are barely on the radar. Furthermore, in the past 6 years, P&G SOLD approx 100 brands to focus on the remaining 65 that generated 95% of their revenue. /3 (CEO has done his homework on P&G)
Eric Lehner@WinningCEO·Feb 3
Replying to @TheHac3Pg 3 (Cont'd). Therefore, the 1000+ Stain Remover / Spray Cleaner Concentrate brand first needs to prove it can monetize its brand qualities to be a profit generator.
WNBD is a gamble in the OTC market, with affordable current stock price and low market cap on whether we will. /4 (CEO is very aware of what needs to be done)
Eric Lehner@WinningCEO·Feb 3
Replying to @TheHac3Pg 4 (Cont'd) The good news is that a brand managing to become profitable will ALWAYS have "suitors" and any negotiation will just be a matter of price. That is because a profitable brand is a money making machine for the owners (shareholders). My mission: Find a path to profit!
(This tweet here leads me to believe he may have been approached already

1.) Procter & Gamble
3.) S. C. Johnson CEO stated "Positive cashflow will make all other things possible, even if that cash comes from Canada" "The Canadian market is large enough by itself for Winning Brands to be profitable in real cash terms" How much will a LARGE company be willing to pay for a PROFITABLE 1000+ brand that's in a market with increasing demand for Eco-Friendly cleaning products???? Especially since one bottle of 1000+ can outperform these products: ***** Product Introduction To The World ***** https://vimeo.com/498776766 Something To Consider: $TSNP traded OVER $1.00 showing what a stock with this type of share structure can do. $GME showed a stock can trade MUCH higher if people bought and held their shares. ((((( $WNBD HAS UNLIMITED POTENTIAL AND GREATLY UNDERVALUED ))))) Well, this is just my 2 cents, ARE YOU IN OR ARE YOU OUT???
