I worked for a 3pl for ~8 years, we were doing ~300-500 million in revenue with a GP of around 25 million, so their numbers aren't very far off given current market rates and how new the company is. Demand and pricing are both unusually high right now and that's cutting into margins quite a bit.

This looks a LOT like the company I used to be with, and that was a money printing machine. Doesn't take much to staff if they have good tech people, plenty of demand.
