Possible bitcoin/crypto consolidating now around 50K while CCTL consolidates around .02 - .025. It would make sense to me given the good run both have had.

Then we move up again when bitcoin resumes it's rise...we also could get boosted anytime with CCTL news/getting current etc.

Not to mention whole market is pretty red today.
