Hey, welcome to the board. Last year a man by the name of Zhang bought some shares and went to the court in Nevada. At that court he applied for control of the company. The court gave him the company because he proved the old management acted irresponsibly. The old management didn't even show up to the court.

DRGV is now a shell that is being cleaned up. Zhang will then sell the company to another company that is interested in going public via reverse merger.
