It's an open RegA? I vaguely recall seeing one filed but thought it was already done. Guess I need to re-read it but I don't like 1) that they are doing it at this point in time and 2) a listed company can in fact offer shares like this. A private offering at least shows confidence. Seems to me I recall it only being offered in certain states too but maybe I'm mixing this up with another ticker.
