Jay Jones CEO of 321Commincations, company of which Brian Cox is a minority shareholder, and has been shareholder of 321Communications for years.

Looks like Jay Jones is just another insider, as just placed on the SurgePays Inc Board of Directors. Also makes sense how Jay Jones' recent statement is so riddled with bullshit and misinformation.

Oops, no mention of 321Communications Inc. within the Surge Holdings Inc. 2017 Annual Report.
CEO Cox was hiding this information in 2017, of SurgePays Inc transactions with 321Communications Inc.

SurgePays Inc.
is an insider self-dealing, debt cycling,
share swapping scam!

Fact.
