There hasnt been any leak about ELGL at all. The SEC has given plenty of fair warning to the public since last summer that non disclosure tickers whether they are SEC reporters or not are going to be subject to suspensions. The Form 211s will be pulled from approx 2,800 OTC tickers that currently have no public information available.
The process has already begun and ELGL fits that non disclosure description to a t.
