“The Company would like to thank the shareholders for all the calls and emails regarding our activities. In response to several inquiries regarding our reporting status, we reiterate that the Company is now in Good Standing with the State of Nevada. Furthermore, we have completed our financial statements to the quarter ended Nov 30, 2020. We have spoken to the lawyer about the attorney letter, and we are in the process of completing the application for OTCMarkets. Once the change in transfer agent has been effective which should be early next week, we will submit the application to OTCMarkets and begin uploading our financial statements.”
